Policies
ROOM CHARGE

There is no room charge when your function includes food and/or beverages provided by us. No outside food and/or beverage may be introduced into the Lodge; exceptions may be made by management on cakes and ethnic pastries. A room charge of $100.00 is levied for meetings which do not include catered meals.

DEPOSITS

A deposit of $150.00 is required to confirm all party reservations and is refundable only if a 45 day notice of cancellation is given.

PAYMENTS

The payment for banquets will be by check or cash, and must be paid in full on the day of the function.

GUARANTEE

Four weeks advance time is required on your menu selection and a guaranteed count is required two weeks in advance.

PRICES

All food and non-alcohol punch prices quoted at this site are subject to a 15% gratuity and a 6% sales tax. Buffet prices listed are based on a minimum of 50 persons having the buffet.

LINEN CHARGE

Paper up to 75 people - $25.00; 75 to 150 people - $50.00; over 150 people - $75.00 / Linen - up to 100 people - $50.00;100-150 people - $75.00; 151 and up - $100.00.

CAPACITY

The ballroom, depending on the seating arrangements, seats up to 175 people. The ballroom can be divided into two separate rooms.

DECORATIONS

Please be informed that due to functions occurring the previous night, our ballroom may not be available for decoration your function as early in the day as you might wish. The ballroom will be made available to you for decorating at the earliest possible time. When decorating, the use of scotch tape on wallpaper or the use of nails in the walls is prohibited. No confetti.

CONTRACTED TIME OF ROOM

Time limitations on the use of the ballroom for private catered functions is five hours from start to finish. Time extensions, when granted, may be subject to a $100.00 per hour charge. Management will make every effort to ensure your function has a reasonable amount of time in the ballroom.

DAMAGES

Persons contracting use of the Lodge are personally liable for any damage that occurs during the contract period.
